Position Overview: We are excited to welcome a Licensed Naturopathic Doctor who is skilled in both Naturopath and Acupuncture to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for a practitioner passionate about natural health, with a deep belief in the transformative potential of naturopathic medicine, and a commitment to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed patient consultations to assess health concerns, medical history, and lifestyle, creating a thorough understanding of each patient’s needs.
- Design personalized treatment plans incorporating naturopathic modalities such as herbal medicine, acupuncture, nutrition, and lifestyle counseling to enhance patient health and well-being.
- Perform clinical assessments and diagnostic tests, monitoring progress to adjust treatments as necessary.
- Educate and empower patients to take a proactive approach to their health and wellness.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to provide integrated, comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to and implement all clinic policies and procedures to maintain a professional, organized, and patient-focused environment.
- Commit to professional development by staying informed about the latest research and advancements in naturopathic medicine.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Naturopath (ND) degree from an accredited naturopathic medical school.
- Active licensure with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO) and adherence to all regulatory standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with patients.
- Dedication to holistic, patient-centered care with a focus on preventive health.
- Ability to comply with clinic policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and high-quality standard of care.
- Previous clinical experience is an asset, though motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Independent work ethic, excellent time management, and proven ability to foster patient retention through empathetic care and effective treatment plans.
