Position Overview: We are excited to welcome a Licensed Naturopathic Doctor who is skilled in both Naturopath and Acupuncture to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed patient consultations to assess health concerns, medical history, and lifestyle, creating a thorough understanding of each patient’s needs.
Design personalized treatment plans incorporating naturopathic modalities such as herbal medicine, acupuncture, nutrition, and lifestyle counseling to enhance patient health and well-being.
Perform clinical assessments and diagnostic tests, monitoring progress to adjust treatments as necessary.
Educate and empower patients to take a proactive approach to their health and wellness.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to provide integrated, comprehensive patient care.
Adhere to and implement all clinic policies and procedures to maintain a professional, organized, and patient-focused environment.
Commit to professional development by staying informed about the latest research and advancements in naturopathic medicine.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Naturopath (ND) degree from an accredited naturopathic medical school.
Active licensure with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO) and adherence to all regulatory standards.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with patients.
Dedication to holistic, patient-centered care with a focus on preventive health.
Ability to comply with clinic policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and high-quality standard of care.
Previous clinical experience is an asset, though motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Independent work ethic, excellent time management, and proven ability to foster patient retention through empathetic care and effective treatment plans.
