Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Manual Osteopathic Practitioner to join our expanding team in Mississauga. This role is an excellent opportunity for a practitioner passionate about Osteopathy and its holistic principles. The successful candidate will contribute to a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment that prioritizes continuous learning and integrated healthcare. This position allows you to make a meaningful impact on patients’ health and well-being while working in a professional and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments to identify structural and functional imbalances in patients.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using techniques such as soft tissue manipulation, joint mobilization, and cranial osteopathy.
Educate patients on their conditions, providing guidance on exercises, lifestyle modifications, and complementary therapies to support their health.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, tracking their progress over time.
Adhere to and implement clinic policies and procedures to ensure a professional and patient-focused environment.
Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in manual osteopathy and related health fields.

Qualifications:

Licensed Osteopath from a recognized institution.
Certification or registration with a recognized osteopathy association in Ontario.
Strong foundational knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients and collaborate effectively within a team.
Commitment to patient-centered care, emphasizing a holistic approach to health.
Previous clinical experience is an asset, though motivated new graduates with strong academic foundations are encouraged to apply.
Ability to comply with clinic policies and procedures, ensuring consistent and high-quality standards of care.
Strong independent work ethic, time management skills, and the ability to foster patient retention through empathetic care and effective treatment.
